Carina is a singer/songwriter & dancer/
choreographer from Toronto.

Carina releases solo music and plays shows regularly. She is also a 2025 Hollywood Independent Music Award Nominee, a 2020 JUNO nominee with band GirlPow-R, and a choreographer for the band.
Carina has been singing since the age of 2, and grew up doing competitive dance at K&k Dance Dreamz. She has played roles like the Chaperone in the Canadian musical “The Drowsy Chaperone”, and Rafiki in “The Lion King”. Carina has also taught dance classes for reputable studios like Shiamak Toronto. She graduated from the dance program at Unionville High School with honours, as well as the dance council scholarship. She is a 2025 grad of the Professional Music program at Toronto Metropolitan University with distinction, the Dennis Mock award, and the Community and Student Leadership award, and completed a dance/theatre minor. Carina also performs and choreographs with award winning A Cappella group “On That Note” (as seen on TV).

Carina wants to tell stories and remind others we all go through similar hardships with the messages in her music. Her song “Catch You Now” is about someone leading you on when they were actually involved with someone else the whole time.
